Gap Analysis
Clear Point Health helps companies identify and close the gaps that stand between them and optimal performance. Through an on-site Gap Analysis Workshop, we lead you through the process of evaluating your current process against that of best-in-class companies.
During a Gap Analysis Workshop, the Clear Point Health moderator reviews findings from primary and secondary research and highlights best practices around a given topic. Workshop participants then discuss where they feel their current practices are on a 10-point scale. For each issue or process, the team ranks themselves in relation to the ideal practices of other leading companies. Once the Gap Analysis Workshop session is completed, the Clear Point Health research team analyzes the results and creates a set of recommendations for “closing the gaps.”
